Going through my own journey with high-performance netball — not realising I was underfuelling and overtraining — sparked my passion to help other women.
I have worked as a Gym Manager and Group Fitness Instructor for 3 years. I run my own community bootcamp called Friday AM Club, which encourages like-minded people to come together for movement & connection. I am now managing a Wellness Studio and running my Nutrition Business.
Through tailored nutrition guidance I teach you to fuel your body, move in an aligned way, and build a mindset that supports your goals. It’s not about quick fixes — it’s about creating sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.
