When you’re looking for a push, Legacy Pre-Workout is our customers favourite. With 300mg of caffeine per serve, Beta Alanine, L-Citrulline, Agmatine and much more, all you need is 1 scoop for a supercharged session.
Tolerance: Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 a scoop and work your way up to 3/4 of a scoop. Once comfortable, increase to 1 scoop (1 serve).
